Genesis to Revelation.
31 days.

Read the whole Bible chronologically in 31 days. Start any day of the year.

“This is not for the faint of heart, but it is doable.”

- Celia Cross

31/66

What does 31/66 mean?

31 days to complete it, 66 books in the Bible. It’s fixed at 31 days on purpose, not tied to a calendar month, so it works whether the month you start in has 30 or 31 days. You can begin any day of the year.

166

Why chronological?

You read the events of Scripture in the order they happened. The Psalms land next to David’s life and the prophets next to the kings, so you see how the whole story fits together.

“I think of this 31/66 Bible Reading Challenge like running a marathon. It takes time, dedication, and commitment. All of it is doable, and I have proof: I’ve done both.”

- Celia Cross

It is not a Bible study.
But don’t mistake simple for small.

After thirty-one days in the Word, you will not be as easy to mislead (Hosea 4:6).

31 Days.

66 Books.
1 Bible.

What is the 31/66 Challenge?

01

Read the whole Bible.

Genesis to Revelation in chronological order, about 2 to 4 hours a day, with any Bible you own. Read it, listen to it or both.

02

Journal your journey.

A theme and a summary for each day, plus a notes page for verses to revisit, “aha” moments and questions for later.

03

Finish with grace.

Built-in Grace Days for when life happens. They aren’t quit days but dedicated time to get caught up.

Why read the whole Bible in 31 days?

Wisdom is the principal thing

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Hosea 4:6

This challenge is built to read like a book, start to finish. It’s meant to immerse you in the Word of God, renewing your mind and refocusing your heart on Him.
